grid o_o? ehh nope i dun use grid in my drawings;;; or copy a photo. Usually if im doing semi realistic painting, the inspiration i seek is not from photos but more from my collection of game and cartoon art that i have to see the techniques and colours that others use. For manga and anime, ive been drawing them for years, i just look at their design from whatever reference i have and redraw them in my own style and liking? ^_^; no grid and stuff. its better to learn anatomy and practice
